Agreement to Terms

By scheduling cleaning services with Costa1Cleaning or using our website costa1cleaning.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Costa1Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Regular house cleaning and maintenance
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Commercial and office cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Specialized cleaning services

Service Agreement

Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are provided based on information you supply about your space and needs
  • Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from the description provided
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice for recurring services

Scheduling and Access

  • You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our cleaning team
  • Someone 18 years or older must be available to grant access unless alternative arrangements are made
  • Keys or access codes provided are kept secure and returned upon service termination
  • We are not responsible for existing alarm system issues or lockouts

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations

  • 48+ hours notice: No charge for cancellation or rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee may apply
  • Less than 24 hours: Full service fee may be charged
  • No-show or locked out: Full service fee applies

Company Cancellations

In rare circumstances, we may need to reschedule due to emergencies, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible and work to accommodate your schedule.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Recurring service clients may set up automatic billing
  • Late payments may incur a fee and/or suspension of services
  • All prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge
  • The guarantee applies to the scope of work agreed upon in your service agreement

Property and Liability

Insurance Coverage

Costa1Cleaning maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for our team members.

Damage Claims

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly
  • We are not responsible for damage to fragile items not properly secured or disclosed
  • Pre-existing damage should be noted before service begins
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, inherent defects, or normal wear

Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your cleaning needs and property conditions
  • Secure or remove valuables, cash, and fragile items
  • Disclose any hazardous materials or conditions
  • Ensure the property is safe for our cleaning team to work
  • Control pets during the cleaning service

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Costa1Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any household members with severe allergies or chemical sensitivities
  • We use professional-grade, safe cleaning products; eco-friendly options available upon request
  • Our team follows safety protocols and may decline service in unsafe conditions
  • We reserve the right to leave a property if threatened or if conditions pose health risks

Website Use

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Costa1Cleaning and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep our website accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.
